Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Whole wheat pizza dough
  • 200 grams Butter-paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • Handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dough - In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat pizza dough mix with water according to package instructions. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 10 minutes to allow it to rise. - If you prefer a homemade whole wheat pizza dough, you can find various recipes online. Just ensure that it's a soft and pliable dough suitable for pizza making.
  • Cook the butter-paneer cubes - In a saucepan, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the butter-paneer cubes and cook until lightly golden and slightly crispy, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. - For added flavor, you can marinate the paneer cubes in a mixture of spices and yogurt for about 30 minutes before cooking them.
  • Preheat the Ooni oven - If you're using an Ooni pizza oven, now is the time to preheat it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure the oven reaches the desired temperature for baking pizza.
  • Roll out the dough - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape. Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 inch to ensure it cooks evenly.
  • Assemble the pizza - Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or onto the peel if using an Ooni pizza oven. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with the cooked butter-paneer cubes, red bell pepper slices, red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
  • Bake the pizza - If using an Ooni pizza oven, carefully slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone. Close the oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted. If using a regular oven, preheated to the highest temperature, place the baking sheet with the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
