Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 2 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tsp Wasabi Paste
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • a handful Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Pickled Jalapenos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Miso Drizzle - In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a bit of water to create a drizzling consistency. Set aside. - Make sure to whisk the miso paste well to ensure it's smooth and easy to drizzle over the nachos later.
  • Make the Wasabi Guacamole - In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until creamy. Stir in the wasabi paste, lime juice, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - For a chunkier guacamole, leave the avocados slightly less mashed. Adjust the amount of wasabi paste based on your spice preference.
  • Assemble the Nachos - Spread the tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the miso paste mixture over the chips. Add dollops of the Wasabi Guacamole, then sprinkle with pickled jalapenos. - Layering the nachos ensures each bite is packed with flavor. Feel free to customize with additional toppings like shredded cheese or black beans.
  • Bake the Nachos - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are toasted and the toppings are heated through.
  • Serve and Enjoy - Remove the nachos from the oven, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with extra cilantro. Serve warm and enjoy the fusion of flavors!
