- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup, chopped Mango
- 1/2 small jalapeno, diced Jalapeno
- 1/2 lime Lime
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Toast the bread - Toast the bread slices until golden brown, either in a toaster, toaster oven, or grill pan.
Mash the avocado - While the toast is still warm, use a fork to mash one avocado in a small bowl, then spread it evenly on the two slices of toast.
Chop the mango and jalapeno - Peel and chop half a cup of mango into small pieces and finely dice 1/2 small jalapeno. Combine them in a small bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
