Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup, chopped Mango
  • 1/2 small jalapeno, diced Jalapeno
  • 1/2 lime Lime
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread - Toast the bread slices until golden brown, either in a toaster, toaster oven, or grill pan.
  • Mash the avocado - While the toast is still warm, use a fork to mash one avocado in a small bowl, then spread it evenly on the two slices of toast.
  • Chop the mango and jalapeno - Peel and chop half a cup of mango into small pieces and finely dice 1/2 small jalapeno. Combine them in a small bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Top the toast - Spoon the mango and jalapeno mixture evenly over the two slices of avocado toast.
  • Serve and enjoy - Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and spicy mango avocado toast!
