  • Pizza cutter or sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk or Fork
  • spatula
  • Citrus juicer or reamer

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 8 oz Smoked salmon
  • 2 Avocado
  • ½ cup Creamy herb sauce
  • 1 Red onion
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill
  • 1 Lemon
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the pizza dough - If using homemade pizza dough, follow your favorite recipe to make the dough. If using store-bought dough, allow it to come to room temperature. Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up. - For a thin crust, roll out the pizza dough into a larger circle. If you prefer a thicker crust, leave the dough slightly thicker and smaller in diameter.
  • Prepare the creamy herb sauce - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the creamy herb sauce ingredients until smooth. Feel free to adjust the quantities of herbs and spices according to your taste preference. Set aside. - For extra tanginess, add a splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to the sauce. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Roll out and top the pizza dough - Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a circle or desired shape. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of the creamy herb sauce onto the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer the smoked salmon slices, followed by thinly sliced red onions and avocado pieces. - To prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin, dust it with a little flour. For a crispier crust, sprinkle cornmeal on the pizza stone or baking sheet before placing the dough on it.
  • Bake the pizza - Carefully transfer the topped pizza to the preheated oven and bake for the recommended time or until the crust is golden and crispy. Keep an eye on the pizza to avoid overcooking the delicate smoked salmon. - If you prefer a bit of melted cheese on your pizza, you can sprinkle some shredded mozzarella or crumbled feta on top of the other toppings before baking.
  • Finish and serve - Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with fresh dill. Cut into slices using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, and serve while still warm. - For added freshness, you can garnish the pizza with additional sliced avocado, a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, or a drizzle of extra creamy herb sauce.
