Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Drain well and roughly chop the spinach leaves. Measure out 1 cup of chopped spinach. Measure out 1 cup of vegan cream cheese. Gather the remaining ingredients: ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Step 2: Combine the Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, add the chopped spinach, vegan cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the dip is smooth and creamy. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3: Chill and Serve - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip to a serving dish. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and for the dip to firm up slightly. Serve chilled with your favorite crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
