These Miso Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts are roasted to perfection with a sweet and savory glaze that will make anyone love Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Brussels sprouts - Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl. - Make sure to trim off any tough or yellowed outer leaves.
  • Mix glaze - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, miso paste, maple syrup, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with glaze - Drizzle the glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are evenly coated. - Use your hands to ensure that every sprout is coated with the glaze.
  • Roast in the oven - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer. Roast them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
