  • Knife
  • cutting board
  • Wine Glasses
  • Ice Bucket

Ingredients

  • 3 cups, diced Mangoes
  • 2 cups Passionfruit Juice
  • 1 bottle (750ml) White Wine
  • 1, thinly sliced Lemon
  • As needed Ice
  • For garnish Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruits - Peel and dice the mangoes into 1-inch cubes. Thinly slice the lemon into rounds. Set aside a few mango and lemon slices for garnish. - To easily dice mangoes, slice off the cheeks of the fruit, score the flesh in a grid pattern, and then scoop out the cubes using a spoon. For a decorative touch, use a cookie cutter to shape the mango slices.
  • Mix the Sangria - In a large pitcher, combine the diced mangoes, passionfruit juice, and white wine. Add the lemon slices and stir well to mix all the ingredients. - Allow the sangria to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavors. You can also add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy variation.
  • Serve and Enjoy - Fill wine glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Mango Passionfruit Sangria into each glass. Garnish with reserved mango slices, lemon rounds, and fresh mint leaves. - For a fun twist, try adding a splash of coconut water or pineapple juice to the sangria for an extra layer of tropical flavor. Cheers to a refreshing summer sip!
