Ingredients
  

  • 12 Zucchini Blossoms
  • 1 sheet, thawed Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Zucchini Blossoms - Carefully rinse the zucchini blossoms under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the pistil from each blossom.
  • Prepare the Pastry - Preheat the oven to the specified temperature. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  • Assemble the Tarts - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese in the center of each pastry square. Place a zucchini blossom on top of the cheese. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, creating a rustic tart.
  • Bake the Tarts - Transfer the assembled tarts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the pastry edges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until the tarts are golden brown and crispy.
  • Drizzle with Honey and Serve - Once baked, remove the tarts from the oven and drizzle each with honey for a touch of sweetness. Serve the zucchini blossom tarts warm and enjoy!
