- 12 Zucchini Blossoms
- 1 sheet, thawed Frozen Puff Pastry
- 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Prepare the Zucchini Blossoms - Carefully rinse the zucchini blossoms under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the pistil from each blossom.
Prepare the Pastry - Preheat the oven to the specified temperature. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares.
Assemble the Tarts - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese in the center of each pastry square. Place a zucchini blossom on top of the cheese. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, creating a rustic tart.
Bake the Tarts - Transfer the assembled tarts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the pastry edges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until the tarts are golden brown and crispy.
Drizzle with Honey and Serve - Once baked, remove the tarts from the oven and drizzle each with honey for a touch of sweetness. Serve the zucchini blossom tarts warm and enjoy!
