Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small, chopped Cucumber
  • 1, pitted and peeled Avocado
  • 1, cored and chopped Green apple
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend the greens and liquid - In a blender, combine the baby spinach leaves, chopped cucumber, chopped apple, pitted avocado, lemon juice, and almond milk. Blend on high for about 10-15 seconds, or until smooth. - You can adjust the quantity of almond milk based on your preference for the thickness of the smoothie. If you want a sweeter taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.
  • Add the ice cubes - Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse for another 10-15 seconds, or until the ice is completely crushed and the smoothie is thick and creamy. - If you don't have ice cubes, you can use frozen fruits or veggies instead. Just make sure to adjust the quantity of liquid accordingly.
  • Serve and enjoy - Pour the Green Goddess Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with some extra cucumber slices or apple cubes if desired. - You can also add some toppings such as chia seeds, granola, or toasted nuts for extra texture and crunch.
