  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Tongs
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving Platter

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • For serving Celery Sticks

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken Wings - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture. - For crispier wings, you can place them on a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation.
  • Bake the Chicken Wings - Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  • Prepare the Hot Sauce - In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Coat the Wings in Sauce - Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a mixing bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until fully coated.
  • Serve and Enjoy - Arrange the buffalo wings on a serving platter and serve with celery sticks on the side. Enjoy these delicious Game Day Glory wings while hot!
