  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened coconut flakes
