  • Stirring spoon
  • Glasses
  • ice tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup elderflower cordial
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 4 lemon slices
  • as needed ice

Instructions

  • Step 1: Make the Lemonade - In a pitcher, mix the fresh lemon juice and elderflower cordial until well combined. Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well. - Make sure to taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more elderflower cordial or sweetener of your choice.
  • Step 2: Add Sparkling Water and Ice - Add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. Add ice and lemon slices. Stir one more time before serving. - To prevent the drink from becoming too watery, add ice cubes at the last minute, or use a larger ice cube that will dilute more slowly.
  • Step 3: Serve and Enjoy - Pour the Elderflower Lemonade Spritzer into glasses, and garnish with additional lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately while it's still cold. - For an extra fancy presentation, rim your glasses with sugar or salt before pouring in the drink.
