- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 2 oz Rum
- 1/4 cup Coconut cream
- 1 Lime
- As needed Ice
Prep ingredients - Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into the blender. Measure out the condensed milk, rum, coconut cream, and lime juice and add them to the blender.
Blend ingredients - Add a handful of ice to the blender and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or coconut milk to thin it out.
Serve and enjoy! - Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with a lime wedge if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical goodness!
