Edible flowers

Adding edible flowers in the recipe such as pansies and violets not only makes it look pretty, but also adds a unique flavor profile. Edible flowers are a great way to add color, flavor and even nutrients to a dish. These flowers have been used for centuries, not just for their beauty, but for their medicinal properties and ability to add flavor and fragrance. In fact, pansies contain antioxidants, vitamins A and C, and are even used to treat respiratory problems and skin irritations. Violets, on the other hand, are high in vitamin C and are used to soothe headaches and aid digestion. As someone who loves to experiment with new ingredients, I find that adding edible flowers to dishes and drinks adds a touch of whimsy and elegance, and I can’t wait to introduce this ingredient to my readers.

Frozen mixed berries

Frozen mixed berries add a delicious blast of fruity flavor to any dish or dessert. Berries are a great source of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Blueberries in particular are packed with antioxidants and have been found to promote brain function and lessen the risk of heart disease. Strawberries are high in vitamin C and manganese, which help strengthen the immune system and promote healthy bones. Raspberries are high in fiber, which is great for digestion, and are believed to help lower the risk of cancer. As an avid home baker and brunch enthusiast, I love incorporating mixed berries into my recipes for a healthy and flavorful twist. They add a pop of color and sweetness to my dishes, and I’m excited to showcase this ingredient in my upcoming recipe.
